RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! We do accept returns within 14 days for IN STORE CREDIT ONLY. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be shipped back or given directly to Celeste. Returns are not accepted at Hatch + Nest if purchased on website. Store credit issuing may take up to 48-72 hours once item is received.
Purchases made with store credit due to a return are FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused, with tags, & in original packaging. You will need original receipt or packing slip. ALL last call SALE items & ROWE CASA ORGANICS are FINAL SALE. Jewlery items are FINAL SALE unless you have spoken to the owner about an issue, and she approved the return.
To start a return, you can contact us in the CONTACT section in the top left drop-down menu or email at celestegwalker@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be in charge of shipping cost of return. REQUEST FOR RETURNS MUST ACCEPTED BEFORE ITEM IS RETURNED.

LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS will be donated after 8 weeks if not picked up. You will be contacted before items are donated.
